I've never really made New Years Resolutions before, and am not really considering these resolutions, but I do hope to make the following improvements in 2010:
1. Spend more time in my studio.
2. Floss a couple of times a week.
3. Run once or twice during the week so that playing soccer on the weekends is not the only exercise I get.
4. Walk or exercise the dog more.
5. Decrease tobacco use. I would like ot restrict my chewing to certain activities such as mowing/yard work, working in studio, cleaning and house repairs.
6. Watch less TV.
7. Read more.
8. Got to bed earlier.
9. Get back in the habit of riding the bus.
